Things Are Getting Better

I was a little bitter and down as shown in my last email, but this has been turned around now which is good. I have two interviews for great jobs, one being a tour guide and another being a marketing associate job for the city. So needless to say I am looking forward to it.

Its official that i will be living in Holland from October til April, so if your near by….pop by and smoke a joint and have a beer. I was also thinking of going over to England for a few holidays too. Reunion with the Brunei crew is on the cards i was hoping.

Hockey, being the national sport in Canada has really caught my interest lately, mainly due to the overall popularity of the game. The Vancouver Canucks are in the 2nd round of the playoffs for the Stanely cup after winning game seven against St Louis. Its pretty exciting stuff, definetly worth a watch.

Golf is also a great game, a Canadian won the Masters, I love golf.

Smelly Ronaldo ruined Man Utd’s chances in the Champions League….but the premiership is likely to be in the bag unless they really fuck it up. I agree with Alex Ferguson saying the Champions League is bigger than the world cup, seriously the world cup sucked i think. The champions league produces better football that is more focused on by the players and has better referees. Feel free to comment to this comment. But i’ll have to be conviced otherwise.

i think what makes the world cup more prestigious is that it is held once every 4years. if this was to be true of the Champions leauge then i’d agree it may be better than the world cup, but otherwise i’m not convinced.

Ferguson is just bitter because the one time he tried a World Cup he fucked it up and his manager fell over and died as a result.

World Cup has more prestige. The quality of the play isn’t necessarily better (it isn’t) but its a greater spectacle.
