Per Se is American chef Thomas Keller’s urban restaurant in New York which opened in 2004. In its relatively short existence, it has consistently been recognized as one of the best restaurants in the world. It’s also consistently recognized as one of the hardest restaurants in the world to get a booking at.
Well, after a bit of persistence, I managed to get a table. All it took was staying up till 1 am in Brisbane (they start taking reservations at 10am in New York) and waiting half an hour on hold. This will be one of the highlights of the trip.
