NOTES Jen picked up the Scapa for me in Duty Free on the way back from China. I’ve never had an Orkney region whisky before and this dram made a great first impression. It has a distinct flavour and feels really refined. It shouldn’t be possible to blend peat and sweet this neat.
Where the heck are the Orkneys anyway?
Okay that is stupidly far north. Seriously. Wow.
When’s the review of the Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix coming as promised?
Probably around Christmas time 🙂
