Firstly, the Fatweb is looking brilliant – Big Thanks from me to Edo, Munch and everyone else involved. This member dashboard is also just badass, a real improvement on the other one. Finally good to see some more recent posts from Dan and Angela.
I put my hand up as someone who mainly uses Facebook these days for social networking, but the only place worth blogging and socialising with the Brunei crew has to still be Fatweb.
Unbelievable this site has been going for TEN years, thats older than Facebook which really shows the sustainability and loyalty to Fatweb.
So considering this is my first blog in a while theres been quite a lot going on. I am 26 years old now, living with my girlfriend of five years, working in online marketing for almost three years and finally have been back London for four years! Where is time going?
Last weekend we had a mini brunei union at the England / Barbarians games at Twickenham. Good night catching up with Matt, Axel and James – we also crashed one of Matt’s friends barbecue then I got dropped off home by someone’s parents!! How bizarre. Matt – get some of those pics uploaded.
On the rugby subject – I am closely following the Lions tour down in South Africa at the moment. Glad to see the Lions remain unbeaten however the real test is against the main national side on June 20th. Living in SW London – it will be great to get one back against the South Africans who beat England in the last World cup.
Also had a holiday in Turkey for a week – amazing place, great weather, friendly people, good food, cheap beer. Come to think of it – I could live there!
Cheers to another Ten years of Fatweb!!
Good to see you blogging at last Pat!

He is amazed that she is German and not called Gertrude. Pretty awesome subject heading too, Pat.
