Sadly we are coming to the final round of the Group Stages of the World Cup already. Where has time gone? On one hand, it feels sad to think we’re already half way through the tournament but on the other hand, I really am struggling to keep up with these ungodly kick-off times and with the end of the 9pm kickoffs, I’m left with midnight and 4.30am starts. Perhaps its for the best that this is only going to last another fortnight.
I think I’ll watch the highlights for these four games tomorrow morning. My sister Fiona flies in tomorrow for a very brief visit so I actually need to be awake in the morning to see her and then after that its off to work.
Ideally, I’d like to see Mexico, Uruguay, Korea and Argentina advance from here.
