Came home today to find Jen had picked up a little something on the way home from work. Tim Schafer’s new game Brutal Legend!
Not ten minutes into playing the game, I was fighting a bunch of demons in a hellish pit, with an army of head banging rockers on my side and Def Leppard’s Rock of Ages blaring through the speakers. I knew then that this game was something special.

I saw the ads for that on the tv. Even as a complete non-video-game-playing person (I don’t own any console, blasphemy I know!) it actually looked kinda fun. And Jack Black surely doesn’t hurt.
yeah, currently playing through this for review atm. it is fucking awesome so far.
